Kittens are stóllinn help to find

Hello Everybody í live in R 101, I kept my 4 kittens , 2 black ,
2 black and white in my private bathroom, while looking for new owners. My bathroom has excess to public coridor with my three neiboughts. On 28 may all 4 kittens were stóllen. My neibought from upper floor Igor Klimer open door to people , who said they are from animal control ( MAst) organization and he gave away to them all my kittens. I did contacted MAST, they said
They never come to take my kittens. And only police and Mast have right to take animals from people. If any of you have any information to find my kittens please help..
I own kittens parents too.
